Drive or bus straight out of Townsville or Mackay. ### The offer - Permanent full time position, staff conditions - Competitive salary package plus superannuation - 8/6 day shift or 7/7 night shift - DIDO from Townsville, transport provided - Brand new camp with gym, all meals and accommodation included - Annual leave, sick leave and long-term job security - Genuine progression into leading hand, planning or supervisory pathways ### The fleet you'll be working on - Liebherr R9150 and Hitachi EX1200 excavators - CAT 777 haul trucks - CAT 14M and 12M graders - CAT D9 and D10 dozers - CAT 980 and 988 loaders - Compactor and water carts - 2 x Moxy dump trucks ### What you'll bring - Trade certificate in Heavy Diesel Fitting, Mobile Plant Mechanics or equivalent (AQF Cert III) - Solid HD Fitter experience on surface mining fleet - Confidence diagnosing and repairing across excavators, dozers, graders, loaders and trucks - Current C class driver's licence - Standard 11 or willingness to obtain - Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen ### Nice to have - Field service background - Working at Heights, Confined Space or EWP tickets ### Why this one is worth the call Permanent surface roles on a modern fleet, DIDO from a coastal city, with a camp that was built this decade, do not come up often.
