Head of Content | Content Strategist

Head of Content / Senior Content Manager / Content Strategist needed by a fast scaling, digital-first healthcare company who are radically improving the lives of people who live with a broad spectrum of anxiety or neurodivergent conditions.

Salary Package: £55,000 – 65,000
Location: Fully Remote (9 days per fortnight working week)

Reporting into a talented Head of Marketing, the Head of Content / Senior Content Manager / Content Strategist will own the content strategy, execution and rollout across all platforms as well as work with the marketing calendar to ensure the right content is available to the right people at the right time.

The Head of Content / Senior Content Manager / Content Strategist will lead of a team of team of permanent staff as well as freelancers and plan an appropriate hiring strategy as the role develops.

The Head of Content / Senior Content Manager / Content Strategist will:

– Set the content strategy.
– Oversee content production across sales, web, email, social, video, user stories, UGC, – research, white papers and more.
– Ensure strong and consistent messaging impact.
– Work with the sales, marketing & growth teams
– Help with Sales enablement, PR & Brand
– Manage external agencies.

The Head of Content / Senior Content Manager / Content Strategist must have:

– Strong experience setting content strategy for a B2B or B2B2C digital or tech org
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– A growth mindset and the desire to execute at pace
– Outstanding writing, proofreading and editing skills
