What you'll do
- You support the CFO in developing and executing the Group’s long-term financial and strategic plan.
- You lead end-to-end acquisition, merger, disposal and strategic partnership activity, from initial assessment through due diligence, approval and completion.
- You establish and maintain robust investment appraisal standards and methodologies across the Group.

- Advanced financial modelling, valuation and investment appraisal expertise.
- Experience developing robust business cases and evaluating significant capital investments.
- Experience preparing and presenting financial analysis and recommendations at Executive and/or Board level.
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to evaluate complex strategic opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.

We have an opportunity for a Head of Corporate Finance to join their team of staff in the Financial Control department.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
