If so, this could be the opportunity for you.We're looking for a Head of Data Analytics to lead A2Dominion's analytics, insight and AI capability. Reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how the organisation uses data to make decisions, manage risk and improve outcomes for customers and colleagues.As part of our growing Data Office, you'll lead the development of a modern analytics function that goes beyond traditional reporting. You'll help shape a future where trusted data drives strategic decision-making, predictive insight and innovation, ensuring our leaders have the evidence they need to make informed decisions across the organisation.Working closely with leaders across Data Engineering, Data Products, Data Governance and Business Intelligence, you'll ensure all insight is built upon trusted and reusable data products, creating a consistent and scalable approach to analytics across A2Dominion.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and deliver A2Dominion's analytics and insight strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and our wider data visionLead the development of an insight-led culture that supports operational performance, strategic decision-making and organisational improvementDrive the evolution of analytics from historical reporting towards predictive and forward-looking insightOversee the delivery of high-quality analytical outputs, including performance analysis, trend reporting, scenario modelling and strategic insightProvide senior leaders, operational teams and decision-makers with trusted, evidence-based recommendationsDevelop and mature our capabilities in predictive analytics, data science and responsible AIIdentify and prioritise analytics and AI use cases that generate measurable business valueWork closely with Data Governance and Data Product teams to embed consistent definitions, standards and data quality controlsChallenge assumptions and support evidence-based decision-making across the businessChampion data literacy and encourage the effective use of analytics throughout the organisationLead and develop a high-performing analytics function, creating a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and excellenceEstablish scalable approaches to analytics delivery, quality assurance and prioritisation that support future growth and self-service analytics capabilitiesMore About YouExperience working within Social Housing/Local Authority, or a similarly sector is highly desirable.Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in a relevant disciplineStrong leadership experience within analytics, insight, business intelligence or data-focused environmentsA proven track record of translating complex data into clear, decision-focused insightExperience using analytics to improve business performance, support operational decision-making and inform strategic directionExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders constructivelyExperience operating within regulated, assurance-driven or complex organisational environmentsStrong understanding of data governance, data quality and assurance principlesExperience building high-performing teams and developing analytical capabilityChoosing us is easyAs an employee of A2Dominion, we want you to feel rewarded and have a choice of flexible benefits, salary exchange benefits, and rewards and discounts that work for you, wherever you are in your life.We offer a wide range of staff benefits.
