- 1) Leading team & ensure team to deliver business KPI , Sales , Marketshare
- 2) Build long term business plan with customer , build strategic partnership with key customer CPAXTRA ( Makro & Lotus ) , Big C , Go wholesale
- 3) Negotiation with customers on Trade term ( TTA ) , deliver business plan as of trade agreement
