Base: €130,000 – €170,000
OTE: Bonus + long-term incentives
Location: Germany (hybrid, remote options)

What would I be doing?

You’ll act as a true partner to senior leadership, shaping and driving the people agenda across large, international teams.

• Partner with senior executives to translate business strategy into clear people plans
• Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent strategy
• Oversee and align HR teams across multiple regions and markets
• Support large-scale change programmes across global functions
• Bring consistency and scalability to processes, structures, and ways of working
• Coach and challenge senior leaders to improve performance and effectiveness

This is a strategic role, but still hands-on where needed. High impact. High visibility.

What would they expect from me?

• A credible, senior partner who can operate at executive level
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to link HR to business outcomes
• Comfortable navigating complexity across regions, cultures, and functions
• Able to lead change and challenge the status quo when needed
• Structured, analytical, and pragmatic in approach
• Someone who builds trust quickly and influences effectively

What experience do I need?

• Proven experience as a senior HRBP / Head of HR in global organisations
• Experience supporting large, complex business units (multi-site / multi-region)
• Strong background in organisational design, transformation, and change
• Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Exposure to manufacturing, pharma, or high-tech environments
• Experience leading or influencing international HR teams
• Strong foundation across core HR areas including talent, performance, and C&B
