Base: €110,000 – €140,000

Location: Frankfurt (hybrid, open to remote)

They’ve built solid HR foundations - now looking to further evolve their operations, systems, and employee experience as the business continues to grow.

What would I be doing?

You’ll lead and evolve the HR Operations function globally, ensuring it supports the business effectively at scale.

• Own and develop the global HR Operations model across regions
• Align HR systems, processes, and service delivery with business needs
• Drive efficiency through automation, digitalisation, and process improvement
• Lead shared services and HR service delivery (Tier 1–2 and field HR)
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align people operations with business strategy
• Improve employee experience through better systems, communication, and support
• Oversee vendor management and external partnerships across HR

It’s a leadership role focused on optimisation, scale, and making things work better.

• Someone who can bring structure and consistency across complex environments
• Strong operational mindset with a focus on delivery and outcomes
• Comfortable leading teams across multiple regions and cultures
• Able to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
• Data-driven, but practical in approach
• Focused on continuous improvement, not just maintaining the status quo

What experience do I need?

• Proven experience leading HR Operations or Shared Services functions
• Experience operating across EMEA or global environments
• Strong background in HR systems, service delivery, and process optimisation
• Experience managing larger teams and driving performance
• Exposure to organisational design, workforce planning, and transformation
• Strong understanding of compliance, labour law, and stakeholder management
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organisations
