What you'll do

  • Serve as the senior HR leader and strategic partner to the executive team, helping shape workforce strategy, organizational structure, succession planning, and company culture.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the organization's continued growth, operational excellence, and long-term business objectives.

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned HR executive to play a pivotal role within a large and growing real estate organization. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Head of Human Resources will serve as the organization's senior HR leader, overseeing all aspects of the human resources function while acting as a trusted advisor to executives on workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, leadership development, and culture.

  • $180,000 – $220,000 base salary
