This role will shape a modern, cloud-first IT function, driving innovation and supporting ambitious organisational growth. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and evolve the IT function across infrastructure, service delivery, cyber security, and end-user technologyDefine and deliver a cloud-first strategy, driving ongoing migration, optimisation, and governance within Microsoft AzureTransform IT into a modern, scalable service through automation, self-service, and improved user experienceOwn IT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and continuous service improvementAct as a senior partner to the business, aligning technology initiatives with organisational objectivesOversee cyber security, including controls, risk management, and incident readinessManage third-party suppliers, budgets, and governance frameworksContribute to broader digital and technology strategy alongside senior leadership Experience RequiredProven experience in a Head of IT / IT Director / senior IT leadership roleStrong Azure and cloud platform expertise, including delivering migrations and operating in cloud-first environmentsDemonstrable track record of leading cloud transformation and modernisation programmesExperience running IT operations (infrastructure, service desk, end-user services) in a multi-site environmentStrong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, security tools)Experience owning or contributing to cyber security strategy, controls, and operationsComfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levelsStrong supplier, stakeholder, and budget management experience Apply Now!
