Head of Key Account Management

St Albans | Office Based – Monday to Friday – needs to be based in or near St Albans.

£75,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100,000+)

Are you an ambitious and commercially driven sales leader looking for your next challenge?

Do you have the ability to inspire teams, grow customer relationships, and drive significant revenue within a fast-paced construction-related business?

If so, we have an outstanding opportunity to join a thriving and highly respected organisation based in St Albans.

We're looking for an exceptional Head of Key Account Management to lead and develop a team of six Key Account Managers, ensuring the retention, growth, and ongoing success of a valuable customer portfolio. Working closely with the Business Development team, you'll take ownership of customers once they've been won, nurturing long-term partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue across the business.

With a turnover of approximately £14 million, this is a commercially significant role that requires a strong leader who understands both sales and relationship management at a strategic level.
