Head of Operations

We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful head of operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and overseeing installations at customer sites.
  
  
• Arranging transport and logistics of equipment across Zambia
  
  
• Onboarding and training new clients during go-live.
  
  
• Solving problems as they arise – from technical hiccups to client concerns.
  
  
• Leading field teams and setting the standard for operational excellence.
  

• Reporting daily CAPEX and OPEX
  
• Managing your own budget.
