Your new company

Our client is seeking an experienced and values-driven Head of People & Organisational Development to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their workforce and organisational culture. Reporting to the Director of People & Operations and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, this is an exciting opportunity to lead people strategy, organisational development, employee experience and HR service delivery across a respected and compassionate charity.

As Head of People & Organisational Development, you will support the delivery of the organisation's people strategy and organisational development agenda, ensuring the culture, capability and workforce required to achieve its mission and strategic objectives. You will lead a high-performing HR function and champion a collaborative, compassionate, inclusive and responsive culture throughout the organisation.
