About the role


Footballco is looking for an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to join our affiliate team.


The position will require you to lead numerous global campaigns across paid social, PPC, and arbitrage to attract high-intent users and drive conversion across our numerous affiliate verticals, such as ticketing, streaming, VPN, finance, and others.This will require daily interaction with our internal teams, such as Affiliate, Client Services, Ad Operations, and Social, plus external clients. As a member of the Affiliate team, you will be surrounded by affiliate and conversion experts.


You will be based in London and will report to the Affiliate VP. Please note that while the role will eventually involve leading a team, there will be no direct reports to start with.


What you'll be doing:

  • Manage relationships with publishers, media vendors, and social vendors to maximize the performance of existing buys and stay current with new products/ features.
  • Continually test and evaluate new strategies, tactics, and partnerships to evolve and improve our product offering.
  • Contribute to the development of new features and functionality for our website, apps, and family of products.
