Head of Security

Role: Head of Security Location: Nationally  Salary: £95,000 to £110,000 per annum Are you a Head of Security operating nationally, looking to take ownership of a high-impact leadership role? As a Head of Security, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the safety & security strategy across multiple sectors, leading innovation and delivering strong commercial performance. You will be working for a leading UK technology solutions provider delivering scalable, market-leading solutions across public sector, defence & justice, and enterprise environments. Responsibilities: ● Define and deliver the safety & security portfolio strategy across multiple sectors ● Develop and implement a forward-looking product roadmap aligned with business growth ● Support sales enablement through technical expertise, training, and customer engagement ● Act as a senior technical authority on complex, high-value bids and solutions ● Lead and develop senior technical teams while enhancing wider business capability ● Drive innovation in integrated safety & security solutions ● Build and manage strategic partnerships with key technology vendors ● Work closely with commercial and finance teams to optimise pricing and P&L performance Experience and Certifications Required: ● A minimum of extensive experience in delivering integrated safety & security solutions ● Strong knowledge of the UK safety & security market, including trends and competitors ● Experience with video management systems, access control, and analytics ● Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience ● Strong communication and commercial acumen Please apply with an up-to-date CV for more information.
