We are looking for an experienced Head – Quantity Surveyor to lead the Quantity Surveying and Commercial function for a Dubai-based construction company, working from India.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Quantity Surveying and commercial management function.
Manage project cost estimation, budgeting, cost control and forecasting.
Review BOQs, tender documents, specifications and contract conditions.
Handle variations, claims, valuations and final accounts.
Manage subcontractor and supplier commercial matters.
Review and negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
