ABOUT THE JOB

Are you an experienced hospitality and wellness professional with a passion for leadership and guest excellence? We provide high-level wellness facilities including saunas, beauty treatments, fitness, and personal training. We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Health Club Manager who will lead the operation and ensure an exceptional wellness experience for our guests.

As Health Club Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations, financial performance, and overall guest satisfaction of the health club. You lead and motivate the team, maintain the highest service standards, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the guest experience. With your hands-on leadership style and commercial mindset, you create a professional, welcoming, and results-driven environment.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT HEALTH CLUB MANAGER?

• You have experience managing operations within hospitality, wellness, fitness, or a related service-oriented environment.

• You are a strong and motivating leader who knows how to inspire and develop a team.

• You are independent, responsible, and highly service-oriented.

• You have a strong commercial mindset and experience driving revenue, memberships, and guest satisfaction.

• You are proactive, solution-focused, and continuously look for opportunities to improve operations and service delivery.

• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and operational planning is a plus.

• BHV or AED certification is a plus; otherwise, you can obtain it through us.

• You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
