  • Assist patients with routine hearing aid care, including cleaning, receiver/wax guard replacements, and charger or battery check-ups.
  • Perform minor in-office troubleshooting and check in incoming custom device orders, repairs, and accessories from manufacturers.

Position: Hearing Care Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, organized, patient-focused, and detail-oriented Hearing Aid Technician to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will serve as the primary face of our practice—managing front office operations, assisting patients with conducting hands-on patient orientations, and delivering basic technical support for hearing instruments and App support. Additionally, you will work directly with the provider to coordinate patient schedules, access managed care portals to enter accurate appointment data, collect copays, and handle return calls to troubleshoot hearing aid issues.

Key Responsibilities
