- Communicate project progress, delays, material needs, and field concerns to company leadership
- Enforce company and jobsite safety requirements, including proper PPE
- Conduct or participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, inspections, and project meetings
- Promptly report injuries, incidents, equipment issues, and significant jobsite concerns

Heavy Civil Construction Supervisor
About the Role
J.E. Shurden Construction is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Site Supervisor to lead field operations on projects throughout the United States. This is a travel-based position requiring extensive travel and extended stays at project locations. Candidates must be willing to work away from home for multiple days or weeks at a time based on project needs.

Schedule & Travel
This position requires extensive travel to projects throughout the United States. Work schedules vary by project and may include early mornings, extended shifts, overtime, weekends, and schedule changes based on project needs.
This position works in an active heavy civil construction environment and requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, navigate uneven terrain, climb, bend, kneel, wear required PPE, work around heavy equipment, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
