What you'll do
- Safely operate heavy machinery including, but not limited to: Excavators, Bulldozers, Backhoes, Front-end loaders, Graders, Skid steers, Compact rollers, Cranes (if certified)
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment functionality and safety.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other equipment.
- Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and other crew members to complete projects on time.
- Make minor repairs or adjustments to equipment as needed.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist with general construction tasks as assigned “sweeping, shoveling, trash etc..”

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team. The operator will be responsible for handling a variety of heavy machinery used in the construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings, roads, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with multiple types of equipment, a solid understanding of job site safety, and the ability to work effectively with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate heavy machinery including, but not limited to:
Excavators
