Helper – Solar Maintenance In Trichy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Solar Maintenance Helper to assist in the regular cleaning, basic maintenance, and support work for solar PV systems in and around Trichy. The candidate will support the technical team to ensure solar systems operate at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean solar panels regularly to ensure optimal sunlight absorption.
• Assist technicians with inspection and minor repair work.
• Help with carrying tools, materials, and equipment at site locations.
• Follow instructions from site engineers and supervisors during maintenance operations.
• Ensure safety measures are followed while working at height or with electrical equipment.
• Report any damage or malfunction noticed during work.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum education: 8th or 10th pass (basic literacy required).
• Prior experience in fieldwork, electrical support, or solar cleaning is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Trichy and nearby project locations.

Skills Required:

• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor, rooftop environments.
• Basic understanding of safety and tools used in electrical/solar work.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow verbal instructions.
• Language: Tamil (required); basic English is a plus.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time field job, often under direct sunlight and on rooftops.
• Site travel allowance and safety gear will be provided.
• May require occasional weekend work based on maintenance schedules.
