HGV Driver

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Class 1 LGV to join our team based a Harwich, working a Monday to Friday Days pattern.

Pay Rates:

• 45 hours guarantee per week

• £18.67 per hour with 10 hour guarantee per shift – This rate is inclusive of Southern Weighting

• £1.68 per hour for all night shift hours worked

• £28.01 per hour overtime - applicable after 10 hours worked Monday-Friday and first 5 hours on Saturday

• £37.34 per hour overtime for Saturdays after 5 hours worked

• £37.34 per hour overtime for Sundays and bank holidays

• £37.44  Night out allowance

FULLY PAID BREAKS and paid ADR & CPC Refreshers

Essential Requirements:

• An LGV Class 1 licence with no more than six points

• A tachograph card

• A Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)

• A valid ADR licence all classes other than 1 & 7

• A strong understanding of Driver Transport Legislation

• A safety focus

• Minimum 2 years Class 1 experience

• At least 2 years Tanker Experience

• A valid PDP (Petroleum Driver Passport)

In addition, overtime is available, CPC training hours, courses and CPC accreditation and driver medicals are all paid for. Full PPE is provided.
