We welcome spontaneous application for various teams within HiJiffy:

- Product and Development: Besides ensuring our products operate smoothly, this team develops all features and the innovation behind them.

• Strong proficiency in Vue.js or a similar modern frontend framework for Front end positions is required
• Strong proficiency with PHP and Laravel frameworks as well as MongoDB and MySQL databases is valuable for Back end developer position is required
• Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures, and modelling, as well as the ability to design software architecture is very valuable within our AI Engineering team;
• Previous experience in Product management of SaaS B2b products is extremely valuable for Product Management positions.
• Understanding of, and agreement with, Agile principles is required
  

- Sales: This team is responsible for closing deals with new clients and upselling to the current ones. They do so through product demos, partnerships, and attending industry events to present our solutions.

• Previous experience in Business Development (new business and acquisition) is extremely valuable
• Previous experience in Hotel-Tech and/or with Saas B2b Sales is extremely valuable
• Experience targeting one of our markets (France, Spain, DACH, UK, Iberia) is valuable
• Must be based in the targetted market and available to travel
  

- Marketing: To boost our customer base and retention, this team plans and executes our press and marketing campaigns. It is achieved by content creation and advertising. 

• Being comfortable with Marketing and Analytics tools such as CRM systems and content management platforms is valuable
• Performance Marketing experience is mandatory for certain positions in our Marketing team
• Previous experience in Hotel-Tech or with Saas B2b products is extremely valuable
• Experience in any of our markets (France, Spain, DACH, UK, Iberia) is valuable
• Proficiency in one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese is mandatory
  

- Customer Success: Nurturing strong relations with clients is essential to our business. This team ensures the clients get the most value using our solution by educating them about best practices, reviewing metrics, and addressing feedback.

• Previous experience in Hotel-Tech is extremely valued
  
• Previous experience in Customer Success and/ or Hospitality is valued
• Previous experience in Onboarding of clients for Saas B2b products is valued
• Proficiency in one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese is mandatory
  

- People & Finance: This team is responsible for the entire employee life cycle, from hiring to onboarding and retention. They also execute financial and administrative tasks, as well as facilitate the desired work culture.

• Analytical mindset and previous experience within a Financial department for a SaaS company will be very valuable to apply for the Finance team;
• Previous experience in multiple People areas within a start-up environment, such as administrative work and recruitment, will be very relevant to apply for the People team
