- Facilitate donor evaluation, compatibility testing, and documentation.
- Educate and counsel patients and their families regarding the transplant process, risks, benefits, medications, and follow-up care.
- Ensure all consent forms, medical records, and regulatory documents are complete and accurate.
- Monitor patients during pre- and post-transplant periods and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain transplant registries, patient databases, and outcome records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, transplant protocols, and applicable Legal and regulatory guidelines.
