Rate: £18-£27 per hour (depending on banding and experience)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, Core Hours
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Histology professional to join a well-established NHS laboratory in the East Midlands. This locum position is ideal for an experienced candidate looking to support a busy Cellular Pathology service, contributing to the delivery of high-quality diagnostic results and patient care.

What will your responsibilities be:

  • Support the processing of histology specimens within a busy Cellular Pathology laboratory.
  • Perform embedding, microtomy, staining, and associated laboratory procedures appropriate to experience and banding.
