We're looking for a passionate and reliable Hot Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver high-quality hot food products throughout the day. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in food quality, and wants to develop their skills within a growing business.

What We're Looking For

· Previous kitchen experience in food production

· A passion for preparing high-quality food and maintaining excellent standards

· Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP and hygiene procedures

· The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills

· A positive, reliable and hard-working attitude

· Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and weekends

· A desire to learn and develop within a growing business

What You'll Be Doing

· Preparing and cooking Pret's hot food products to the highest standards

· Following recipes, specifications and food safety procedures at all times

· Ensuring products are available, fresh and presented to Pret standards

· Monitoring cooking times, temperatures and food quality throughout the day

· Maintaining excellent food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards

· Managing stock rotation and reducing waste through effective product management

· Supporting product ordering, deliveries and stock control processes

· Keeping all kitchen equipment and work areas clean and organised

· Working closely with the wider shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience

· Supporting the training and development of new kitchen team members

· Contributing to a positive, supportive and inclusive team culture
