Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,877.80 -£32,090 

Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role. Starting salaries depend on experience and progression within the band.

About the Role

To work as part of a team to deliver support packages to help service users secure and maintain accommodation.

Manage a caseload as allocated by the Service manager and complete high quality and comprehensive risk and support asessments for each

indivudual we support

Ensure that vulnerable people are protected through knowledge and application of Adult Safeguarding procedures, undertake continuing professional develpment including participating in performance reviews and attend trainin as and when required

What You’ll Do

  • Support clients to live independetly in their own accommodation and progress towards sustained independent living

  • Manage a caseload of adults aged 25+ with house-related needs, providing person-centred support

  • Complete comprehensive support and risk assessments ensuring these reflect individual needs

  • Provide practical housing support, including referrals and signposting to relevant services to help people overcome barriers and maintain their accommodation.

  • Participate in our drop-in service supporting adults 18+ with a range of housing related challenges

  • Work collaboratively with other housing providers and local authorities.

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or above or equivalent) or willing to work towards this in post.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes

  • Knowledge of housing options available and relevant legislation.
