  • Collaborate with brokers and Key Account Team members to gain an in-depth understanding of product needs, escalate service issues, and provide competitive feedback to ensure best-in-class service and improved transaction success

What You Can Expect

As our Key Account Manager for Indirect Sales, your primary objective will be to manage third-party sales (indirect partner relationships) for ENGIE North America Inc.'s retail products to Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers. In this role, you will work with brokers and channel partners across multi-ISO markets. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing broker relationships with key partners to acquire, retain, and grow a book of business, meeting and exceeding sales goals. You will also develop Annual Sales Plans for assigned brokers with strategies to increase regional commodity sales along with renewable offerings. This hybrid role requires three days a week in the office, reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales, and is based in Houston, TX.

What You’ll Bring

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • May be available to travel domestically  up to 20% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips

Compensation

Salary Range: $102,000 – $156,400 annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. 

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus
