  • Helps to develop the diagnosing and repair capabilities of the field staff
  • Performs routine maintenance on company vehicle.

Position Summary

The Bench Technician 1 is responsible for the repair of the Lottery terminals and their associated peripherals.  The position provides technician support to the field, emergency field support with service calls, assisting with shipping and receiving, and providing parts inventory control to the site in which they work.
