  • Work closely with Delivery & Portfolio to ensure that solutions are deployable, meet all necessary deliverables, and are aligned with customer requirements.
  • Actively seek innovative solutions that complement and enhance HPE’s existing portfolio.

Job Description:

   

This role is pivotal within the organization as it serves as the single point of accountability for the Education business in the country. The ideal candidate must be a passionate, results-driven, innovative, capable of leading teams to success and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role carries full accountability for the order budget, P&L and will ensure strong alignment with key internal stakeholders such as HPE Pre Sales, BU Specialist, EAM/EAL, GreenLake and A&PS to drive both business results and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of the company's organization and policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.
  • Problem detection and analysis of root cause.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.
  • Demonstrated skills in planning and financial analysis.
  • Deep knowledge in planning, project management and change management skills.
  • Good presentation skills. Ability to influence different functions, stakeholders, and the ability to build strong consensus with internal and external clients.
