Daily challenges

• Monitoring of the customer’s system - production and preproduction, via incidents management tools. 
• Resolving the incidents in the scope of L1/L2 level or involve L3 for more complex ones. 
• Collaborate with the development teams regarding batch jobs that belongs to them for batch job issues.
• Ontime incidents handling based on the SLA.

eXperience and skills required

• Any basic technical background (UNIX/LINUX, Windows) will be a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work on shifts.
