Duties Performed by Admin Officer

HR Related Activities -

1. Requisition for the new staff.
2. On Boarding of New Staff and introduction to other staff & brief them about company rules & regulation.
3. Email & OA Application. if any
4. Employment Notice Submission.
5. Monthly Attendance & Punch Record Preparation & Submission.

Resignation & Handing Over Process of the staff

Requirements

Admin Related Activities -

1. Petty Cash Reports, Budgeting & Invoice checking and preparation. if any
2. BOE submission in SAP System and monitor the process on daily basis.
3. Day to day purchases,Preparing application and demand for the office supplies.
4. Inventory update for all the assets.
5. Attending Office visitors & suppliers coming to the office.
6. Arrangement & monitor of Security, Pest Control, CCTV etc time to time.
7. Payment of all office facilities, Internet etc.
8. Responsible for the repair of all IT & Office Related Issues.
9. Preparation of all the reports assigned by HQ time to time.
10. Office boy management.
11. Other day to day work as per the office requirement.
