What you'll do
- Manage HR administrative processes in line with established service standards and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and HR records.
- Support employees and HR stakeholders with HR-related queries.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and data.
- Identify and resolve recurring issues while contributing to process improvements.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure an outstanding employee experience.

- At least 2 years of experience in HR Administration/Payroll, HR Operations, or Shared Services.

- Experience with SAP/HR, HR ticketing systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build positive working relationships.
