Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in  standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Responsibilities - your mission
We are looking for an HR Process Automation Specialist with a passion for continuous improvement and digital innovation. In this role, you will leverage modern AI-assisted tools ("vibe coding" via natural language prompts) and low-code/no-code platforms to build real solutions that improve efficiency and user experience—without needing traditional coding skills.

You will be responsible for streamlining HR processes and increasing operational simplicity in close collaboration with process and product owners. This position bridges creative problem-solving and business operations to enhance productivity across the HR function.

Main responsibilities:

• AI-Assisted Solution Design: Use generative AI tools (such as Gemini) to turn plain-language prompts into functional workflows, automation logic, and lightweight tools.

• Low-Code / No-Code Application Development: Build user-friendly applications, forms, and automated routines using intuitive platforms (e.g. Google AppSheet)

• Process Automation: Partner with HR stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and eliminate repetitive tasks.

• Testing & Troubleshooting: Test and refine automated solutions to ensure reliability, ease of use, and alignment with business requirements.

• Documentation & Enablement: Maintain clear documentation, create end-user guides, and provide training to help HR teams adopt new digital tools.

• Compliance & Security: Ensure all solutions adhere to internal security policies and data protection regulations (GDPR/privacy standards).

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• AI & Prompting Mindset: Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to solve problems and generate functional automation logic through clear, natural language instructions.

• No-Code / Low-Code Experience: Familiarity with Google AppSheet or AppScript).

• Problem-Solving & Logical Thinking: Strong analytical capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset and an ability to translate business requirements into simple digital flows.

• Project Management & Agile Skills: Autonomous, organized, and comfortable working within cross-functional, globally distributed teams.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) in a trust-based, non-hierarchical environment.

• Google Workspace: Solid experience with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive).

• HR Systems (Plus): Prior knowledge of HR processes or platforms (Workday, SAP, Cornerstone) is a plus, but not required.
