We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team to support EMEA Operations and Corporate Services divisions, reporting into the lead HRBP for Operations and Corporate Services. The role partners closely with senior stakeholders across London and EMEA, supporting approximately 1,200 employees and helping to deliver the people agenda across complex, matrixed business areas.
The role spans the full HR lifecycle, including employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, reward, performance, talent management, organisational effectiveness and diversity and inclusion. It offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to work in partnership with the business unit and the broader HR team on a variety of projects and initiatives.
The successful candidate will need to operate independently and proactively across the full range of HR disciplines, partnering with managers and senior leaders across Operations and Corporate Services.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Support leadership development, succession and career development initiatives, including selection for leadership programmes and actions to attract, develop and retain early-career and diverse talent across the client group.
  • Work with the Talent team to identify development needs and deliver relevant learning solutions across the client group
  • Diversity & Inclusion

  • Support initiatives to attract, develop and retain early-career and diverse talent across the client group, while helping to strengthen inclusion and improve representation
  • Reward and Compensation

  • Advise managers and HR counterparts across EMEA and the US during the year-end compensation process, supporting fair, consistent and commercially informed reward decisions
  • Use HR data and insights to support business discussions, identify trends and inform people-related decisions
  • Maintain reliable management information by supporting data quality and audit activity, resolving discrepancies and advising on required updates
  • Provide guidance to managers on compensation structures and relevant regulatory requirements, ensuring decisions are made with appropriate governance and control

What you'll bring to the role:

  • At least 6 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience, ideally gained in a complex, global or matrixed environment
  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • CIPD qualification preferred
  • A proven background within HR in a global and matrix environment
  • An ability to manage and develop relationships within matrix management structures
  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing
