How will you make an impact?

As an HR Business Partner, you'll partner with technical and commercial leaders to navigate complex people challenges, design and deliver meaningful people initiatives, and champion a high-performance, inclusive culture that reflects who we are and where we're going.

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team: 

• Experienced HRBP: partnering with technical or commercial leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment such as technology, professional services, FMCG or retail, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multi-geography organisation
• Trusted coach and advisor: Strong coaching and influencing skills with a practical, straight-talking approach and the ability to co-create solutions with leaders at all levels
• ER and compliance knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of Australian employment legislation and its practical application, including experience managing complex investigations and ER matters
• Insight-driven: Comfortable using people data and workforce analytics to surface trends, track initiative impact and inform planning decisions
• Curious and adaptable: An openness to new ways of working, including how AI and technology are reshaping HR practices, and a genuine appetite to keep evolving your approach
