Job Description

Role Overview

As the HRBP, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and drive HR deliverables for a sales business unit of 700+ employees. You will work closely with regional sales teams to align HR initiatives with sales targets, manage employee relations, and improve retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering: Act as the primary HR point of contact for frontline sales executives and people managers to drive workforce productivity and solve daily operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Education: MBA in HR is required.
