Responsibilities

Employee Support & Administration

  • Serve as a trusted resource for HR questions and assist with employee self-service tools.
  • Support employees with time-off requests, address changes, and general HR inquiries.
  • Administer leave programs (FMLA and LOA) with care and confidentiality.
  • Help employees understand and enroll in benefit programs.

Payroll & Records Management

  • Process and audit payroll data, including overtime, absences, and time-off.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files.
  • Track attendance and administer progression increases for hourly employees.
  • Coordinate performance review schedules for management team.

HR Operations

  • Manage equipment inventory and distribution.
  • Support the internal job bid process.
  • Handle general office duties including data entry, filing, and phone support.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers to review applications and conduct interviews.
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment physicals.
  • Extend job offers and guide new hires through their first days.
  • Create welcoming orientation experiences that set employees up for success.

  • Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum of 2 years of college is preferred.Department:   Human Resources
