  • Manage employee data, records and documentation across multiple regions, ensuring all systems remain accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare and issue employment documentation including contracts, amendments, probation outcomes and leaver correspondence.
  • Coordinate key HR processes such as probation reviews, performance discussions and employee check-ins.

  • Deliver inductions and ensure employees have a positive start with the business.
  • Track onboarding activity and provide regular reporting on completion rates and outcomes.
  • Arrange training and development activities, monitoring budgets and participation levels.
  • Support delivery of manager and employee development initiatives.

Your new Role
This role will support the day-to-day running of the People function, ensuring a smooth employee experience across the full employment life cycle while maintaining accurate records and supporting business-wide HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Development
