  • Provide HR guidance, partnership and support to Vancouver R&D leaders and employees
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for diverse, employee-related inquiries and be able to escalate and prioritize critical matters as needed

  • Provide remote support to the Toronto and Montreal AI sites as needed
  • Contribute and positively impact the ongoing culture; be a key driver of ongoing engagement within the site

Position Summary

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our People Team for a 14-month maternity leave coverage. This role will report to the Senior Director, People Team and support various strategic people programs, policies, and talent development of our people while achieving business objectives. You will also provide ongoing and hands-on guidance to leaders on developing and engaging high-performance teams.

  • 5 years of progressive experience in human resources and at least 3 years of prior experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist supporting technical teams (preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree specializing in Human Resources Management

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $80,000 to $100,000 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
