Responsibilities:

• HR Operations & Employee Journey Management
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
• Compliance & Labor Law
• Training Support & HR Data Management
• Training Support & HR Data Management

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist or specialist capacity.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR operations, and labor law compliance.
• Exposure to regional HR practices and experience supporting regional HR initiatives would be an advantage.
• Experience working within a multinational, matrix, or international business environment is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Workday.
• Sound knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
