What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll inputs, leave, attendance and other HR administration.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and processes.
- Support performance management, employee relations and other people-related matters.
- Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with applicable local employment requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external HR/payroll providers where required.

We are looking for an HR Generalist based in Singapore to support our operations across Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. The role will manage day-to-day HR activities across the region, while also supporting recruitment activities in coordination with the central recruitment team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable managing multiple HR priorities, working with employees and managers, and ensuring smooth and consistent HR processes across markets.
