  • Support employees and managers in effectively using self-service HR tools and resources.

  • Assist with voluntary employee separations, providing guidance to managers and ensuring all required processes are completed accurately.

  • Support local and regional HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and proactively resolve employee concerns before they escalate.

  • Escalate complex cases appropriately while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgement.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating a positive employee experience.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in HR Shared Services, Employee Services, HR Operations, or a similar customer-facing HR support role.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

  • A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate employee needs and identify root causes of issues.

  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with experience supporting projects and cross-functional initiatives.

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within virtual and international teams.

  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is advantageous.

  • Previous experience within an HR Shared Services environment is highly desirable.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Fluent German (written and spoken)

  • Additional European languages would be considered an advantage.

What's on Offer

  • Join a globally recognised organisation with a people-first culture.

  • Work within a collaborative, multicultural team supporting employees across EMEA.

  • Gain exposure to regional HR operations, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression within an international environment.

  • Competitive salary.

Contract duration: 12 months (with possibility of an extension)

If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a service-driven environment, and are looking to build your HR career within a global organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
