HR HEAD

Job Title: HR Head

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Head to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have at least 13 years of experience in HR roles and possess strong leadership skills. The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent

- Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner

- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning

- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records and documentation

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

- Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure high performance and professional development

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred

- At least 13 years of experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities

- SHRM certification is a plus
