ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
在此岗位上，你将为 Avery Dennison（艾利丹尼森）材料事业部亚太区核心的早期人才项目——LEAD（领导力体验与加速发展项目）在中国的招聘目标做出重要贡献。你将深入参与人才招聘（TA）运营并了解中国区的整体业务格局，在与多方利益相关者紧密协作的同时，共同推进项目的招聘里程碑。
我们正招募本科/研究生在读实习生，实习期为三个月，预计于 10 月正式到岗。
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
与人才招聘团队、HR及中国区各业务部门合作，确保招聘流程顺畅并提升候选人体验。
监控投递系统并维护追踪表格，通过简历筛选与精准的记录归档，保障招聘流程的数据完整性。
担任候选人的核心联系人，解答疑问并解决系统相关问题，打造优质的求职体验。
负责评估中心（Assessment Center）及候选人面试的全流程后勤安排与技术支持。
协助校园互动与雇主品牌建设，包括协调宣讲会、线上研讨会（Webinar）及宣传资料的准备。
出勤要求：本科或硕士在读，每周可保证实习 3-4 天，能持续实习 3 个月及以上。
语言能力：英语可作为工作语言，具备优秀的听说读写能力（能熟练处理英文简历与沟通）。
数据敏锐度：熟练掌握 Excel，对数据敏感，具备良好的数据整理、逻辑分析与图表呈现能力。
综合素质：沟通表达能力强，细心严谨，具备良好的抗压能力与多任务协同能力。
