What you'll do

  • Lead and own end-to-end recruitment strategy, including workforce planning, employer branding, sourcing channels, and selection processes.

Job Summary

The HR Manager​ will lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee HR-related purchasing, inventory, and administrative requirements.

  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review (headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, etc.).

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Senior Management.
