ABOUT THE JOB

As HR Manager for Belgium & the Netherlands, you will lead the people agenda across both corporate and retail populations, partnering closely with senior leaders at local, European and global level.

Based in our European HQ in Brussels, this is a highly visible HR Business Partner role with responsibility for organisational effectiveness, employee relations, leadership capability and talent outcomes. You will translate European and business priorities into local people strategies that drive performance, engagement and inclusion.

Reporting to the VP HR Europe, this role leads a dedicated HR team based in Brussels.

Key Responsibilities

This is a hybrid position based in our Brussels Office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range 90,800 – 121,000 Euros for this role is per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs. Salary ranges may vary by location and currency. Where roles are advertised across multiple locations, local ranges will apply.
