NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is one of the largest healthcare systems in the United Kingdom, employing approximately 40,000 staff across a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health services to a population of over 1.15 million people, and to a wider population of 2.2 million when regional and national services are included. The role Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership is the largest HSCP in Scotland, delivering community health and social care services to the people of Glasgow and surrounding areas through a partnership between NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and Glasgow City Council. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our established and dynamic HR team on a part time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to influence both strategic and operational workforce agendas, supporting services that make a real difference to local communities. Working closely with management teams, you will provide expert HR advice, lead workforce initiatives and help shape a positive workplace culture.
