HR Officer

We are supporting a major organisation operating within the energy infrastructure sector that plays a key role in ensuring a reliable and sustainable electricity supply. The organisation is actively contributing to the development of a greener, more sustainable energy future and is looking to strengthen its HR team with an experienced HRBP Officer. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and wider HR teams to support operational HR activities, maintain service delivery, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Manage and maintain employee and organisational data within SAP SuccessFactors, including: Creation of vacancies, positions, and functions Updating organisational structures Processing employee changes and promotions Maintaining and cleaning position data Support performance management processes by: Preparing communications and distribution lists Monitoring evaluation cycles Sending reminders to managers regarding objectives and performance reviews Coordinate onboarding feedback processes by: Distributing questionnaires to new hires Analysing responses Conducting follow-up discussions where required Update, maintain, and enhance HR documentation and guidance materials on internal platforms Organise and coordinate meetings, including: HR team meetings Management review sessions Performance management discussions Stakeholder follow-up meetings Provide administrative and analytical support to HR Business Partners, including: SAP SuccessFactors reporting Data gathering and analysis Job description research and maintenance Act as a point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR processes and system-related queries Identify recurring issues and frequently asked questions, proposing and implementing more efficient ways of working Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, analyse solutions, and support implementation Requirements Proven experience in an HR Officer, HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar HR support role Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential Strong organisational and administrative skills Experience supporting performance management and employee lifecycle processes Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at various levels Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
