THE ROLE 

During this internship, you'll gain exposure to consulting operations, workforce planning, Talent processes, performance management, and cross-functional project coordination. You'll work closely with the French Operations and Talent teams and develop strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Talent Operations 

  • Support the annual performance review process by: 
  • Coordinating key milestones and communications.  
  • Following up with employees and managers to ensure timely completion of performance reviews and feedback 
  • Preparing promotion templates and performance scorecards. 
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and provide support on ad hoc HR tasks as needed. 

 

Staffing & Coordination 

  • Support staffing coordination for consultants and interns.  
  • Maintain workload planning and staffing data.  
  • Ensure staffing requests align with project pricing. 

 

Reporting & Data quality 

  • Perform data quality checks across operational tools (Napta, NetSuite).  
  • Contribute to monthly reporting and operational dashboards.  
  • Monitor project data accuracy and timesheet completion. 

  

Team Coordination & Continuous Improvement 

  • Prepare weekly operational meetings (French office coordination meeting) and help coordinate monthly internal events (Junior's consultant gatherings, Project Managers gatherings, Line Managers forum, etc.) 
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating Career Development Committees. 
  • Document processes and identify opportunities to improve the way we work. 

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF: 

  • You are motivated to contribute to a company driving sustainability.  
  • You are organized, proactive and detail-oriented.  
  • You enjoy working with data and improving processes.  
  • You build strong relationships and communicate effectively.  
  • You are comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and curious about AI-powered tools.  
  • You speak fluent French and have a good working level of English.

  • Location: Paris, 75002 - hybrid work scheme (mix of office presence and work from home) 
  • Minimum requirements: You must be enrolled in a university, business or engineering school and hold a valid “convention de stage”. Priority will be given to students seeking an “end of studies internship / stage de fin d’études”. 
  • Start date: September 2026  
  • Duration: 6 months
