What you'll do

Act as the day-to-day HR point of contact for managers and employees in France and support Team Leaders on performance, development, feedback and sensitive people matters.
Coordinate the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation periods, career changes and offboarding.
Ensure HR administration, employee documentation and local HR processes are accurate, timely and compliant.
Contribute to employee relations and act as a point of contact for employee representatives, working with external labour-law specialists when needed.
Support employee engagement, Learning & Development, Performance & Development and talent-development initiatives in France.
Collaborate with our central recruitment team and local managers on recruitment, onboarding and employer branding.
Monitor relevant HR indicators and continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
Collaborate with Finance, local stakeholders and the international HR team, contributing to Group HR initiatives and adapting common approaches to the French context.

At least 5 years of experience in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, HR Officer or similarly broad HR role.
Good practical knowledge of the French employment environment and labour law.
Experience supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle and handling employee-relations matters.
Confidence advising managers on performance, development, feedback and sensitive people situations.
Professional fluency in French and English, with an open and collaborative mindset suited to an international environment.

Experience or strong interest in Learning & Development, employee engagement and people development.
